JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are a rapidly growing service company growing both organically and by acquisitions that has thrived and grown by record numbers year-over-year since 2006. We are need of a Rockstar Client Excellence Specialist to take our inbound calls and convert them into clients.
Both owners are leaders in the global industry. Working with and alongside our leaders will provide unique mentoring, training and insight for you, the Client Excellence Specialist, as we become the largest provider of document shredding, medical waste, electronics destruction and compliance in the State of Florida.

You love people and explaining to prospective clients why we are the best option to solve all their security and compliance needs. You understand the importance of educating the client about our value so that they are not making their security and compliance decisions based on price alone. You are motivated by closing deals and helping grow the company because you are confident in your ability to close inbound leads. You are a great listener, self-motivated and good at problem solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are driven and a high performer. You can think clearly and stay cool under pressure. You are proficient in Word, Excel and have used a CRM. You are competitive yet enjoy being part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer incoming calls, Live Chat and Website Submission leads using our simple script and emphasizing our value over price alone
- Use CRM software to enter all leads, track customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and refine sales strategies
- Maintain our amazing first call close rate
- Provide verbal and written proposals to incoming leads
- Follow up on all leads and proposals
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and prospective clients
- Listen to and overcome prospective client objections
- Attend weekly Client Excellence meetings and regularly add in to-do’s and issues to discuss and solve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have great communication and listening skills. You must have incredible organization skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- CRM Experience Preferred
- Quick Learner
- Strong Customer Service Skills; Values Customers and Communicates with them in a Professional Manner
- Proficient and Experienced with Computers with a Solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
COMPENSATION
- $19/hour while training. $20/hour once trained and taking inbound leads
- Simple IRA employer match of up to 3% of W2 earnings after 6 months of employment
- Seven Paid Holidays after 6 months of employment
- Paid Time Off after 6 months of employment
HOURS
Monday-Friday. 9-5pm
