Dawn is the owner and president of All Points Medical Waste. All Points Medical Waste is woman-owned and operated and family run business. We offer everything from biohazardous medical waste disposal, sharps management to online compliance training and on-site document destruction services. We have been serving South Florida in the industry of document shredding in 1994. In 2013, we began to offer our health-related clients a solution for medical waste disposal.
Dawn brings her expertise as a lawyer and certified John Maxwell Leadership coach to All Points Medical Waste to provide our clients and our team with her leadership, personalized service, and a knowledge of the law that governs this area.
Dawn is a native of South Florida and attended school in Stuart and Palm City before attending the University of Florida. Dawn attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago and practiced commercial litigation at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP for eight years. As a lawyer, Dawn’s focus on contract, eminent domain, class action, and product liability disputes. She has argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, drafted a writ of certiorari petition to the United States Supreme Court, and represented Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar lawsuits. She also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. She also clerked for the Honorable Blanche M. Manning of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dawn believes in supporting the community and giving back, as demonstrated by her pro bono legal work.
Dawn is a certified and founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. She has experience in conducting Master Mind Groups and workshops, coaching, speaking, and teaching leadership. Dawn has trained thousands of people on leadership principles and personal growth. She is highly innovative and passionate about going above and beyond for our All Points Medical Waste clients.
Dawn is also passionate about fighting human trafficking. She teaches sex-trafficking awareness to students and educators at local schools in South Florida. The awareness training teaches youth and educators alike the signs to look for when a student is being “groomed” for trafficking as well as how to prevent from becoming victim to this modern-day form of slavery.
Dawn and her husband Brian have four children and reside in Palm City, Florida. Dawn enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
